1 year Warranty
Every Grainwell piece is covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery, for the original purchaser, in normal residential use.
What Is Covered
- Joinery that loosens or separates.
- Cracks that run through the piece (not seasonal surface checks in a live edge).
- Legs, frames, brackets and mounting hardware supplied by us.
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
- Finish wear, water rings, heat marks, scratches and dents from use. See the Care Guide.
- Natural movement of the wood, small seasonal checks and colour change from sunlight.
- Damage from improper assembly, overloading, misuse, accidents, or outdoor use of indoor pieces.
- Electrical components or accessories not supplied by us.
How to Make a Claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We reply within 24 hours on business days. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our discretion, with shipping covered both ways. Support is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+7).
