2. Placing an Order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. All orders are subject to availability of materials. Every piece is made to order; see Shipping & Delivery for processing and delivery times.
3. Prices, Taxes and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free on every order. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We may correct pricing errors and adjust prices after an offer period ends.
4. Payment Methods and Card Security
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections; we do not store your card details.
5. Our Right to Cancel or Reject Orders
We may decline or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with suspected fraud, or orders affected by a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.
6. Product Availability, Errors and Omissions
We try to describe every product accurately, but listings may contain errors in pricing, dimensions or descriptions. Natural wood varies in grain and colour; photos are representative. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
7. Custom Orders and Photo Approval
Custom dimensions are confirmed in writing before carving. We email photos of the raw piece before finishing; if we do not hear back within 7 days we proceed as shown. Custom-size pieces cannot be returned for change of mind.
8. Promo Codes and Offers
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion and cannot be combined unless stated.
9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Governed by our Return & Refund and Warranty Policy pages, which form part of these terms.
10. Age of Consent
You must be of legal age in your state or country to use this Site, and you may not use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Service Terms

17. Severability, Termination and Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Either party may end this agreement at any time; obligations arising before termination survive. These terms together with the policies posted on the Site form the entire agreement between you and Grainwell. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
