Changed your mind about a size or a finish? Email [email protected] with your order number within 48 hours of ordering and we cancel or update the order at no charge.
After carving starts
Each piece is cut from a slab chosen for it, so once carving has started we can no longer cancel for a full refund. We can still:
- Change the finish tone up to the photo-approval step, free.
- Change the shipping address up to the day the piece ships, free.
- Cancel for a refund less the 15% restocking fee.
Custom sizes
Custom dimensions are confirmed in writing before carving. After that point a custom piece cannot be cancelled; it can only be returned under the defect or transit-damage terms in Returns & refunds.
