Introduction
Grainwell (“we”, “us”) operates asouvenirs.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy. Last updated October 2026.
Collection of Your Personal Information
We collect information you give us directly (when you order, request a quote, create an account, leave a review or contact us) and information collected automatically while you browse (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring site, cookies).
What Information We Collect and Why
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, the products, sizes and finishes you choose: to build and deliver your order, send approval photos and tracking, and provide support.
- Payment information — processed entirely by our payment providers (card networks, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
- Quote requests — dimensions, notes and any photos you upload: to prepare your custom quote.
- Account and communication data — login details, messages and reviews: to manage your account and answer you.
- Usage data — to keep the Site working, prevent fraud and understand which products people look at.
We Do Not Sell, Rent or Lease Customer Lists
We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties. We share it only with service providers who need it to serve you: payment processors, freight and parcel carriers, our email service, and analytics providers, each bound to use it only for that purpose.
Information We Process Because We Have a Contractual Obligation With You
When you buy from us, a contract is formed. To fulfil it we must process your order details and contact information. We keep this data for as long as needed to complete the order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Retention Period
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax, warranty and accounting purposes. Quote requests are kept for 12 months. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted on request.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to opt out of marketing at any time; transactional emails about your order will still be sent.
Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA)
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the Site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features of the Site may then not work.
Third-Party Analytics & Re-Marketing
We may use Google Analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) to understand traffic and show you relevant ads on other sites. These services may use cookies and personal identifiers from your browsing activity. You can opt out through their ad-settings pages.
Security & Encryption
All data sent between your browser and the Site is encrypted with TLS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
How You Can Complain
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, email us first so we can resolve it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its date.
